The Zeta Rho chapter (#161) at Modesto Junior College was re-installed August 24, 1996 with National Chapter Field Representative Brian Parker serving as the installing officer, and the Iota Alpha chapter served as the advising chapter. Charter members of the Zeta Rho chapter include: Jason Lewis, Thomas Craig, Rita Hiserman, Linda Thomas, Jamie Winter, Amanda Parker, Christopher Dow, Lewis Wilhelm, Amanda Franck, Stephen Stroud, and Brian Parker.
