The Delta Eta chapter (#103) at Kansas State College of Pittsburg was installed April 12, 1959 with District V Governor James Kerr serving as the installing officer. The Beta Tau chapter performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Delta Eta chapter include: Jan Seifert; John Harrington; Ralph Mock; Floyd Ballenger; Donald Cukjati; Richard Dale; Carl Mathis; James Mitchell; Max Plummer; Robert Scott; Floyd Snider, Jr.; John Sterle; Larry White; Russell Pugh; Robert Aikins; and Wendell Mercer.
