The Theta Delta chapter (#196) at Central State University was installed June 1, 1984. The Eta chapter served as the colony’s advising chapter and performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Theta Delta chapter include: Henry Colbert, Nathaniel Gates, Byron Lockett, Michael Barnett, Andre DeVond, Timothy Beaty, Lewis January, Lovell Frazier, Joseph Pollard, Johnny Cunningham, and Tracy Cunningham.
