The Eta Chi chapter (#190) at Bowie State College was installed May 1, 1983. The Eta Gamma chapter served as the advising chapter and performed the Ritual and installation ceremony. Charter members of the Eta Chi chapter include: Joseph Barnes, David Collier, Larry Davis, Bruce Edwards, Donald Griffin, James Green, Arthur Mitchell, Anthony Peete, Leon Washington, and Erich Webb.
