Xi Gamma chapter installed at Cleveland State University

On behalf of the National Council, I am proud to announce the successful chartering and installation of the Xi Gamma chapter at Cleveland State University on Sunday, January 30th! The process started at the beginning of last semester with a petitioning group of twenty-three band members, led by Maddie Baldwin and with the support of their Director of Bands, Dr. Birch Browning.

This process would not have been possible without the help of our amazing Advising Team. This group was led by NCD Governors, Marc Reanud and Michelle Banis and consisted of three additional advisors. Thank you to these Brothers for their guidance and leadership in this process. We are deeply grateful for their service and support.

Lambda Omicron re-installed at Valdosta State University

The National Council is proud to announce the successful re-chartering and installation of the Lambda Omicron chapter at Valdosta State University! The process started at the beginning of this semester with a petitioning group of eleven band members, led by Daniel Slone and with the support of their Director of Bands, Dr. Benjamin Harper. The event took place on Sunday, December 12th in Valdosta, GA, and was the first in-person chapter installation that we have had in quite some time.

This process would not have been possible without the help of our amazing Advising Team. This group was led by Past National President, Evan Thompson and consisted of five advisors. Thank you to these Brothers for their guidance and leadership in this process. We are deeply grateful for their service and support.

The Epsilon chapter (#5) at Mississippi State University was re-installed April 20, 1994 with National Vice President for Colonization & Membership Tim Greenwell serving as the installing officer. The Beta Beta chapter served as the installing chapter.

Epsilon chapter installed at The Agricultural and Mechanical College of the State of Mississippi

The Epsilon chapter (#5) at The Agricultural and Mechanical College of the State of Mississippi was installed April 20, 1923 with Grand President Scott Squyres serving as the installing officer. The chapter was referred to as the “Blank Chapter” for many years due to Mississippi state law that prohibited fraternities.

Epsilon Gamma re-installed at Alabama State University

The Epsilon Gamma Chapter (#123) at Alabama State University in Montgomery, Alabama, was re-installed on January 27, 2019. This was the second installation of the 100th year of the Fraternity and joins an ever growing Southeast District!

Brothers from a number of chapters across the District served together as the ritual chapters and 21 brothers from the Zeta Upsilon, Theta Theta, Mu Omega, and Nu Alpha chapters were present. Southeast District Governor Latrondrick Hunter (Zeta Eta), served as the Installing Officer and Nic Rorrer (Xi) served as the Colony Advisor and will continue to work with the chapter for the coming first year as a part of our Brotherhood.

Nu Upsilon chapter installed at Ball State University

We are pleased to announce the installation of the Nu Upsilon Chapter (#332) at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, on December 1, 2018. This was the first installation of the 100th year of the Fraternity and joins a growing North Central District! The new chapter includes 11 members who are now Brothers of our Fraternity.

Brothers from a number of chapters across the North Central District served together as the ritual chapters and 39 brothers from the Nu, Alpha Beta, Alpha Zeta, Beta Rho, Gamma Pi, Zeta Epsilon, Kappa Nu, and Lambda Lambda chapters were present. National Vice President for Colonization and Membership, Marco Krcatovich II (Nu), served as the Installing Officer and Dee Hibbard (Theta Beta) and Noah Leininger (Lambda Lambda) shared duties as the Colony Advisor and will continue to work with the chapter for the coming first year as a part of our Brotherhood.

Theta Tau chapter re-installed at Fayetteville State University

The Theta Tau Chapter (#211) at Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, North Carolina was reinstalled May 6, 2018. This was the third installation of the 2017-19 biennium!

Brothers from the Iota Omicron chapter at Appalachian State University served as the ritual chapter, and brothers and alumni from Iota Zeta, Eta Alpha, Eta Omicron, Zeta Sigma, Delta Iota and alumni from Theta Tau were present.  Edward Savoy, Member of the Board of Trustees, served as the Installing Officer and the Colony Advisor.

Nu Tau chapter installed at High Point University

The Nu Tau Chapter (#331) at High Point University in High Point, North Carolina was installed April 21, 2018. This was the second installation of the biennium.

Brothers from Kappa Zeta at Wake Forest University and Iota Omicron at Appalachian State University served as the ritual chapters, and brothers from Kappa Zeta, Iota Zeta, Iota Omicron, Omicron, and Zeta Eta were present at the installation. Southeast District Governor Latrondrick Hunter served as the Installing Officer and Chris Carpenter served as the Colony Advisor.

The Nu Sigma Chapter (#330) at California Polytechnic State University – Pomona in Pomona, California was installed November 18, 2017. This was the first installation of the 2017-19 biennium, and 15th Chapter in the Western District!

Brothers from Mu Phi at Fullerton College served as the ritual chapter, and brothers from Theta Beta, Iota Alpha, Iota Pi, and Psi were present. Western District Governor, Charlene Ronne, and Western District Secretary-Treasurer, Micki Welther were also in attendance. Dr. Nicholas Bratcher, National Vice President for Programs, served as the Installing Officer.
